- Chakrata which is popularly known as "Kings Of Hills" is a cantonment town in Dehradun district of Uttarakhand(India).
- Chakrata is situated between the Tons and Yamuna rivers, at an elevation height of 2118 m. It is 98 km from state capital Dehradun. Chakrata was originally a cantonment of the British Indian Army.
- To the west lies Himachal Pradesh and to the east lies Mussoorie (Queen Of Hills) and Tehri Garhwal District.
